In MY world, having Healthy Habits does not mean we can’t occasionally have any treat we want. I believe that if you tell yourself that you can “never” have something again, you are sabotoging yourself. The first time you “give in” to a treat you feel like a failure and give up. Balance...that's what it's all about.

My philosophy is, making great choices 80% of the time gives you leeway to enjoy your favorite treats and special occasions without totally ruining your health.
